Enviable Church Conversion
We are so excited to showcase this fabulous apartment where we installed this fresh and contemporary kitchen for our customer, Stephen. There’s something about a church apartment conversion that is so appealing and inviting.
Maybe it’s the age and history of the building or just the way each apartment has been divided up, ensuring eye-catching original features are incorporated as unique design features. Whatever the reason, we love how this open-plan living space has evolved, especially now the new kitchen has been installed, to complete this aesthetically pleasing space.
Love the impact
Stephen had a clear vision of how he wanted his new kitchen to look. As he liked the existing tiling and ceramic flooring, we designed the kitchen around these features.
Stephen chose a Hunton Shaker door in Porcelain, complemented with Empire White Quartz, including the plinths. We rarely fit quartz plinths but love the impact this detail has made.
Compliment perfectly
This combination has worked so well, as the subtle grey veins running through the tiles, worktop and flooring compliment the doors perfectly, adding texture and depth while keeping the room light and airy.
Stephen also opted to add that extra luxurious finish with Platinum Oak Interiors and slim black Provence door handles from Furnipart.
Appliances & finishing touches
For his appliances, Stephen chose a Neff single oven, Neff Induction Hob with an Elica Extractor, a Neff Integrated Fridge Freezer and a Neff Integrated Washing machine. In terms of clever storage, we installed two Le Mans corner base unit storage mechanisms. These pullouts are an efficient system that provide 70% more storage and a convenient way to access those hard to reach corners.
For the finishing touches, Stephen chose LED ceiling spotlights, creating ample lighting to the space and complimenting this beautifully dressed open-plan living area.
