One Vision, Multiple Kitchens. How We Delivered a Cohesive Look Across a Full Development in St Helens

When FAS Developments Ltd came to us with a multi-plot scheme in St Helens, the brief was clear: every kitchen needed to feel considered, consistent, and built to a high standard.

Working alongside interior designer Celia Seal of Phoenix Living, we delivered exactly that.

The Brief

FAS Developments needed kitchens across multiple property types within the same scheme. The challenge with any multi-development project is maintaining a cohesive design identity while accommodating the practical differences between plot sizes and layouts. Celia brought a clear design vision, and our role was to bring it to life, affordably, reliably, and at scale.

The Design

Celia selected two colourways from our in-house affordable door range:

• Reed Green base units
• Misty Blue base units

Both were paired with Stone Oak wall units and laminate worktops, a combination that feels warm and contemporary without being fussy. The finishing touch was Elan Brushed Brass handles, which add just enough character to elevate the overall look.

Every door and unit was made and hand-built by our team, ensuring a consistent quality finish across every single plot.

Two Layouts, One Cohesive Scheme

Not every property was the same size, so two distinct kitchen layouts were developed:

• Larger homes: an open-plan design featuring a peninsular unit, creating a natural divide between the kitchen and living space. Ideal for modern living and increasingly popular with tenants and buyers alike.
• Smaller plots: a practical U-shaped layout, maximising storage and functionality within a more compact footprint while maintaining the same design language throughout.

The result is a development where every kitchen feels like it belongs, individual enough to suit the space, consistent enough to tell a single story.
