Spotlight On… A Double Pantry Larder Unit
We have recently completed a fabulous kitchen with this amazing feature.
The larder unit is a 1.2metre double unit, often installed to house a tall fridge and a freezer. In this case, we customised the unit to create a multi functional larder space unique to the requirements of our customer. Inside we inserted drawers with a quartz worktop offering a small work station and a place to put the microwave and kettle out of sight from the main body of the kitchen. Our customer provided us with measurements and desired shelving positions to house specific items. We also attached spice racks to each door and added an internal electrical double socket.
A great storage solution
This is a great idea for those of us who want to reduce clutter and still want to access spices, condiments and many other smaller kitchen items with ease. There’s no doubt that this is a great storage solution, particularly as you can customise the interior to meet your specific requirements.
