Creating A Large Open Plan Living Space.
Clare and John had removed an internal wall to open up the space to create this large open plan living living space. Still a great option in terms of changing your home for the better as well as adding value, we are impressed at how a small alteration can open up so many new opportunities without having to move house!
Clare and Jon opted for the elegant and timeless Mornington Shaker Door in a combination of Graphite and Porcelain, complemented with Ita Stone Ice White worktops. For the island the Graphite has created an eye-catching centrepiece, serving as the multifunctional element to the room, it is a place where food can be prepared, a place to gather and entertain with seating at one end, while offering plenty of storage at the other.
The whole look oozes style and a quality that will last for years to come.
With a combination of base, wall and larder units all appliances have been comfortably housed including a Neff Single Oven and Microwave installed into a tall unit with drawers underneath. Alongside, an LG American Fridge Freezer with overhead storage adds a nice balance and contrast to the design.
We love the choice of the Platinum Oak Interiors for all of the units – a touch that adds that extra feel of quality. Their choice of Tongue and Groove end Panels finishes off the contemporary style perfectly. To complete the look they chose pale grey laminate flooring, LED spotlights and under cupboard lighting and Ele Bright Chrome Handles by Furnipart.
